Ingredients:

(1) 1 cup milk
(2) 3.5 cup water
(3) 1 tsp chai patti 
(4) 5 tbsp White Suger 

Directions:

First take a pot add water in it add chai patti white suger and Milk now mix it well
and  let it boiled.




Now mix it with Spone in up and down position for 2 to 3 minutes by following this step your tea gets a beautiful colour and flavour.
Now are tea is ready pour the tea into the Cup and enjoy it.

She is traditionally ascribed to introducing the custom to Europe.

It is also thought that the poor quality in tea had to be softened with the flavor of milk just make it palpable.

There are Various types of tea that offer different health benefits a d flavor 

Next Boil a pot of water and pour it over your tea.

Allow your tea to steep for a few minutes before serving it.

If desired add milk and Suger to enhance the flavor of bold teas or add honey to lightly flavored teas.

In general begin with a splash or a tablespoon of milk.

Stir and taste the tea.
If needed add more until it is to the desired taste.

Many milk teas work well with a dairy substitute such as soy almond or rice milk.

In which Time You Can Drink Tea (Chai):

The Best time to drink tea is an hour after breakfast or lunch or in the evening along with some snacks.

Nutritionists suggest alternatives like juice (without Suger) water infused with herbs.

Honey or Lemon or just plain warm water first thing in the morning to help kickstart your day.

Or if you add milk in tea then the best timing is the evening as we call  it teatime.

The Traditional chai ( tea) is not vegan but all the dairy and animal products used in making the chai latte can be swapped out for vegan options.

My Opinion on this Recipe:

The Recipe that I shared with you guys are very tasty and sweet in Taste.
The quantity or  measurement that I used in tea (chai) you can easily made 5 cups of tea from it.
