 Ingredients: (1) 8 medium Potato (Peeled) (2) 1 Medium tomato (3) 3 Garlic Cloves (4) Half Capsicum (5) 1/4 cup water (6)some fresh Mint (7) 1 bowl fresh Coriander (8) 3 Green chilie (9) 3 tbsp white vinegar (10) 1/4 tsp Salt (11) 2 small lemon Directions: Firstly cut potatoes in slices then make chips with zigzag cutter.now take a pot add Oil heat up the oil add zigzag fries and fry it on medium to high flame.after frying are zigzag fries are ready.now take a blender or grinder add fresh Coriander, fresh mint, capsicum, tomatoes green chili, garlic cloves,salt and white vinegar blend it well.now add blended chutney in bowl squeeze lemon juice and little bit of water mix it with the help of spoon.are zigzag fries and Afghani chutney is ready. Serving process: only add lemon juice and water in chutney when you ready to serve.
