Chicken Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients:
(1) 2 Packet Elbow Macaroni
(2) 1/2 kg Chicken (cut in cubes)
(3) 4 medium onion
(4) 15/20 Garlic Cloves
(5) 1 Green chili
(6) 1 Cup Oil
(7) 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
(8) Half tsp turmeric Powder
(9) 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
(10) 1 Tbsp Salt
(11) 1 tbsp Red chili Powder
(12) 1 tbsp ginger paste
(13) 2 Medium Tomato
Directions:
Firstly add cuted onion, garlic and 1,1/2 Glass water in pressure cooker and pressure it for 15 minutes. now take pot add oil heat up the oil.after 15 minutes now add pressure cooker onion and garlic in to the heated oil.now add chicken and fry it.now add ginger mix it .now add tomatoes,red chili Powder,salt, Coriander Powder, turmeric Powder and green chili mix it.now add a little bit of water and cover it for 3 to 4 minutes.after 3 to 4 minutes mix it and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.now add Garam Masala powder mix it .are chicken macaroni masala is ready turn off the flame.now take a pot add water heat up the water now add elbow macaroni and boiled it .after boiling squeeze the water and add cold water and squeeze it.now take a pot add all squeeze macaroni and add chicken masala that we prepared mix it with the help of 2 spoons and turn on the flame in to low .heat the macaroni little bit so it's all water drys.after mixing are chicken Macaroni is Ready serve it with the tomato ketchup eat it and enjoy it.
