Commercial style Masala Bhindi (Okra, ladyfinger) Recipe

 

Ingredients:

(1) 1.1/2Kg Okra, ladyfinger, Bhindi (wash  2 time with water)
(2) 2 Medium Onion
(3) 2 Medium Tomato
(4) 1 Glass Water
(5) 1 tsp Coriander Powder
(6) Half tsp white Cumin Seed
(7) 1 tsp Red chili Powder
(8) 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
(9) 3 Green Chili
(10) 1 Cup Oil
(11) 1 tsp Salt
(12) 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
(13) Half Tsp Garam Masala Powder
(14) Fresh Coriander for Garnishing

Directions:

Firstly cut all Bhindi (okra, ladyfinger )in small pieces.now take a pot add Oil heat up the oil.now add bhindi in oil and fry it until it gets light brown colour .after fry  add onion in same hot oil and fry it until it gets golden brown colour.now add ginger garlic paste mix it .now add little bit of water mix it.now add Tomatoes, green chili,red chili Powder coriander Powder, white Cumin Seeds, turmeric Powder and Salt mix it .now add little bit of water mix it.now cover it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium to low Flame.after 3 to 4 minutes mix it add little bit of water cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.after 4 to 5 minutes.now add fried bhindi (okra, ladyfinger) mix it and cover it for 8 to 10 Minutes on low flame.after 8 to 10 minutes add Garam Masala Powder mix it.now add fresh Coriander mix it on medium to low flame.are Masaledar Bhindi is ready.now garnish it with fresh Coriander.now serve it with chapati eat it and enjoy it.
