Chana Daal Recipe

 

Ingredients:

(1) 250 Gm Chana Daal
(2) 2 Medium Onion
(3) 2 Medium Tomato
(4) 1 Glass Water
(5) Half Cup Oil
(6) 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
(7) 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
(8) 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
(9) 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
(10) 1 Tsp Salt
(11) Half Tsp White Cumin Seeds
(12) 3 fired Aalo Bukhara
(13) Half Tsp Garam Masala Powder
(14) 3 Green Chili

For Garnishing ingredients:

(1) Fresh Coriander, ginger,1 green Chili For Garnishing.

Directions:

Firstly take a pressure Cooker add Chana Daal and water in to the Pressure Cooker for 15  Minutes.take a pot add oil Heat up the oil add onion fry it until it gets Golden Brown Colour.now add white cumin seeds mix it.now add ginger garlic paste mix it add water,Salt,red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, turmeric Powder, Dried Aalo Bukhara mix it .now add a little bit of water mix it.now add tomatoes and cover it for 5 minutes.after 5 Minutes Set a side all tomatoes Skin.now take  2 Spoon Paste all tomatoes with the help of 2 Spoons or Blend it in the blender.now cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to low flame.after 15 minutes open the pressure Cooker add Daal Chana in to the masala and mix it.now add Green Chili and Garam Masala Powder mix it.now add fresh Coriander mix it.are Chana Daal Is ready now garnish it with fresh Coriander, green Chili and Julienne cutted Ginger.now eat it and enjoy it.
