Ingredients:
(1) 1/2 Kg Bhindi (okra)
(2) 3 Medium Onion
(3) 3 Medium Tomatoes
(4) 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
(5) 3 Tbsp Cream
(6) 1 Cup Oil
(7) 1 Tsp Salt
(8) 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
(9) Half Tsp Garam Masala Powder
(10) 3 Tbsp Yogurt
(11) 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
(12) Half Tsp White Cumin Seeds
(13) 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
(14) 3 Green Chili's
For Garnishing ingredients:
(1) Fresh Coriander
Directions:
Firstly take a Pot add oil heat up the Oil.
Add bhindi (okra, ladyfinger) and fry it until it gets Light brown Colour and it's Glue is over means (Clear).
Now add onion in the same oil and fry it until it gets Light brown Colour.
Don't fry to much.
Now add Ginger, garlic Paste mix it well on medium to low flame.
now add white cumin seeds, little bit of water mix it.
now add red chili Powder,Salt, Coriander Powder and turmeric Powder mix it.
now add tomatoes and cover it for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.
After 4 to 5 minutes remove all tomatoes skin and mash it with the help of spoon.
Now cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium to low flame.
After 4 to 5 minutes add yogurt mix it and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
After 3 to 4 minutes add green chili,cream mix it well.
Now cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to low flame.
After 2 to 3 minutes add fried bhindi (okra, ladyfinger) and cover it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
After 2 to 3 minutes uncover the Pot add Garam Masala Powder mix it.
now add Fresh coriander mix it.Are Creamy Bhindi (Okra,Ladyfinger) is Ready.
Now eat it with chapati and enjoy it.
