Bhare hue Tinde Stuffed Tinda Recipe
Ingredients:
(1) 1/2 kg Tinde
(2) 2 Medium Onion (chopped)
(3)2 Medium Tomato (Chopped)
(4) 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
(5) Half Glass Water
(6) fresh Coriander for Garnishing
(7) 1 Large green chili
(8) 1 tsp Coriander Powder
(9) Half Cup Oil
(10) Half Tsp Salt
(11) 1 tbsp Red chili Powder
(12) Half Tsp turmeric Powder
(13) Half Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Directions:
Firstly peel all tinde.now take a bowl add red chili powder,salt, turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder and Coriander Powder mix it well.now cut the thinde in the middle.now fill masala in the cuts.now take a pot add oil heat up the Oil add Onion's and fry it until it gets golden brown colour.after frying add tomatoes, green chili and ginger garlic paste mix it well on medium to low flame.now add a little bit of water.now cover it for 6 to 7 minutes.after 6 to 7 minutes cook it for two minutes.now add stuffed Tinde , little bit of water cover it for 10 to 12 minutes.after 10 to 12 minutes change the sides of all Tinde and cover it again for 8 to 10 minutes on medium to low flame.after 8 to 10 minutes change the sides and sprinkle some fresh Coriander and serve it. are Stuffed Tinda is ready Eat it with chapati and enjoy it.
