Chicken Bombay Biryani Recipe
Ingredients:
(1) 2 medium onion (chopped)
(2) 2 green chilies
(3) 1/2 kg Chicken
(4) 1/2 kg Basmati rice (dip in water for 30 minutes)
(5) half cup oil
(6) 2 Medium Tomatoes
(7) 1 Medium Potato
(8) 3 tbsp (Packet Wala Bombay Biryani Masala)
(9) 1 glass water
(10) 3 tbsp yogurt
(11) 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
(12) 1 Chutki orange food colour
(13) 2 tbsp Salt
Directions:
Firstly Dip rice in water for 30 minutes before cooking .after 30 minutes raisin the water .now take a bowl add oil heat up the oil now add onion fry it until it gets golden brown colour .now add chicken fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.now add ginger garlic paste mix it and a lit bit of water and mix it well.now add tomatoes, Bombay Biryani Masala packet Wala and mix it for 2 minutes.now add yogurt mix it add potatoes and little bit of water and cover it for 5 to 6 minutes on low flame.after 5 to 6 minutes add green chilies.Are biryani masala is ready turn off the flame.now take a separate bowl and boiled water in it for rice .after boiling add salt and add rice boiled them.now raisin the rice .now take a bowl take a Bombay Biryani Masala oil and add it in the bowl and spread the oil .now add boiled rice spread rice in bowl now add Bombay Biryani Masala add rice again.add masala again and add rice now sprinkle orange food colour and cover it for 20 minutes on medium flame and also use clothe to cover the pot head.after 20 minutes uncover the pot are Bombay Biryani is ready now serve it eat it and enjoy it.
