Aloo seekh kabab Recipe | Potato Seekh kabab Recipe

 

Ingredients:

(1) 8 Medium Potato Boiled
(2) 1 Medium Onion chopped
(3) 1 Medium Brown Onion (Fried onion)
(4) 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
(5) 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
(6) Fresh Coriander
(7) 2 Green Chili Chopped
(8) Half Cup Oil
(9) 1 Tsp Salt
(10) 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
(11) 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
(12) 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
(13) Half Tsp Garam Masala Powder
(14) Half Tsp Roasted White Cumin Seeds Powder
(15) Half Tsp Red Chili Flakes
(16) 4 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
(17) water

Directions:

Firstly Grate all potatos with the greater.now add onion, ginger garlic paste, brown onion (fried), Green chili,Red chili Powder,Salt, Coriander Powder, Roasted White Cumin Seeds Powder,Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder,Red Chili Flakes,Fresh Coriander,Corn Flour and bread Crumbs Mix it well.now take a folk and make potatos Seekh Kabab Shape.Now take a fry Pan add Oil heat up the Oil.now fry all Potatos Seekh kabab on medium to low flame.fry it until it gets brown Colour.now take bowl add all fried potatoes in bowl .now take a piece of roti or piece of aluminum foil put it on the potato seekh kababs.now take a piece of charcoal heat up the charcoal and put it on the roti or aluminum foil piece .add drop of oil in to the hot charcoal and cover it for 2 minutes.after 2 minutes uncover the bowl and serve potato seekh kabab with green chutney or tomato ketchup.now eat it and enjoy it.
