Creamy Chicken Karahi Recipe
Ingredients:
(1) 1/2 Kg Chicken
(2) 2 Medium Onion
(3) 5 Medium Tomatoes
(4) 4 Tbsp Cream
(5) 4 Green Chili
(6) Half Cup Oil
(7) 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
(8) 1 Tsp Salt
(9) 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
(10) Half Tsp Roasted White Cumin Seeds Powder
(11) 1 Tbsp Kasoori Methi
(12) 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
(13) 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
(14) 1/4 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
(15) 1 Pinch Of Kalonji
(16) 4 Tbsp Yogurt
(17) Half Cup Water
(18) 2 Black Cardimom
(19) Half Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Directions:
Firstly take a pot add chicken,onion, Tomatoes, Ginger Garlic Paste, black Cardimom,Red chili Powder,salt, turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted White Cumin Seeds Powder,1 Pinch of Kalonji,Red Chili Flakes and Half Glass of Water and Cover it for 15 to 20 Minutes on low flame.after 15 to 20 Minutes uncover the pot mix it.now add Half Cup Oil mix it well and cook it for 5 to 6 Minutes on medium to low flame.after 5 to 6 Minutes now add Yogurt mix it and cook it for 3 to 4 Minutes.after 3 to 4 minutes add cream mix it well on medium to low flame.now cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.after 2 to 3 minutes add green Chili mix it . now add black Pepper Powder, Kasoori Methi mix it and cook it for 1 to 2 Minutes.After 1 to 2 Minutes are Creamy Chicken Karahi is Ready.Now serve it with julline cutted Ginger and Lemon slices.now eat it with chapati and enjoy it.
