Aloo Karela Chips Recipe | Potato Chips Bitter Gourd Recipe
Ingredients:
(1) 1/2 Kg Bitter Gourd
(2) 2 Medium Potato
(3) 1 Glass Water
(4) 3 Medium Onion
(5) 1 Cup Oil
(6) 1 Tbsp Salt
(7) 2 Medium Tomato
(8) 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
(9) 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
(10) 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
(11) 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
For Garnishing ingredients:
(1) 1 Green Chili
(2) Fresh Coriander
Directions:
Firstly Peel off all Bitter Gourd skin.now put cut in the middle and clear out all it's seeds.after cleaning all seeds .now round it and cut all Bitter Gourd in to small pieces.now add 1 Tsp Salt and sprinkle it on bitter gourd pieces mix it and leave it for 30 minutes.now take potato's peel off potato skin and cut it in the chips shape.now take a pot add oil heat up the oil.now add Potato Chips and fry it . Don't fry it for to long.now take salted bitter gourd pieces squeezed it's water with the help of hands and put it in to the separate plate.after squeezed all Bitter Gourd wash it with water .now add washed bitter gourd pieces in to the hot oil and fry it until it gets light brown colour.after frying squeeze all oil and put it in to the separate plate.now take a pot and add same oil heat up the oil.now add onion and fry it until it gets light Brown colour.now add Ginger garlic Paste mix it .add a little bit of water mix it on medium to low flame.now add tomatoes,1 Tsp Salt,red chili Powder, Coriander Powder and turmeric Powder mix it and cover it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium to low flame.after 3 to 4 minutes add fried Bitter Gourd mix it.now add fried potato chips, green chili and fresh Coriander mix it and cover it for 10 to 12 minutes on low flame.after 10 to 12 minutes uncover the pot are Aloo Karela Chips is ready.now garnish it with fresh Coriander and serve it with chapati.now eat it and enjoy it.
