Keri ke Khatti Meethi chutney Recipe

 

Ingredients:

(1) 6 Kari (Green Mango)
(2) 2 Cup White Suger
(3) Half Cup Water
(4) 1 Pinch of Kalonji
(5) 1 Pinch White Cumin Seed
(6) Half tsp Red Chili Flakes
(7) Half tsp Ginger
(8) 1 Tbsp Oil
(9) 1 Pinch Saunf 
(10) 10 to 12 Kishmish
(11) Half tsp Black Salt
(12) 6 tbsp White Vinegar 
(13) 5 Armonds for Garnishing
   

Directions:

Firstly peel the Kari (Green Mango). now cut it in slices.now take a pot add oil heat up the oil.now add white cumin seeds, kalonji and Saunf mix it .now add Kari mix it .now add ginger, black Salt and red chili flakes mix it with the help of spoon.now add white sugar and water mix it well and cover it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium to low flame.after 4 to 5 minutes mix it. now add white vinegar and  Kishmish mix it well and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and make it thick.after 2 to 3 minutes turn off the flame and let it cool.now garnish it with Almond and servie it eat it and enjoy it.
