Commercial style Mawa Lassi khoya Lassi Recipe

 

Ingredients:

(1) 3 Cup Yogurt/ curd
(2) 1 Cup Milk
(3) 3 tbsp khoya/Mawa
(4) Half bowl Dahi wali Malai /Yogurt Eclair
(5) 10 to 12 pistachios
(6) 10 to 12 Almond
(7) 8 tbsp white sugar
(8) 1 pinch Salt
(9) Half tsp keora Water
(10) crushed ice

  Directions:

Firstly take a voltoi and hand mixer ( Madhani) or steel pot add yogurt, white sugar, pinch Salt,mix it well like we blending do it for 3 to 4 minutes. now add crushed ice mix it again for 2 to 3 minutes.if you don't have Madhani use blender instead.after 2 to 3 minutes fill half glass with blended yogurt.now add milk in voltoi add khoya mix it again for 3 to 4 minutes.after 3 to 4 minutes now add keora Water 2 tsp yogurt eclair ( Dahi wali Malai) mix it again for 5 to 6 minutes.after 5 to 6 minutes now fill the full glass.now garnish the glasses with yogurt eclair ( Dahi wali Malai) , khoya and sprinkle some crushed Almond and pistachios.Are Commercial style khoya Lassi Mawa lassi is ready drink it and enjoy it.
