Commercial style Aloo paratha Recipe with 2 types of folding method Recipe
Ingredients:
(1) 7 Medium Potato (boiled)
(2) 2 Small size onion chopped
(3) 2 green chilies
(4) 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
(5) Half bowl fresh Coriander chopped
(6) Half tsp Coriander powder
(7) 1 tsp Chaat Masala
(8) 1/4 tsp Red chili flakes
(9) 1 tsp roasted white cumin seeds powder
(10) Half tsp Mango powder
(11) 1 tsp Salt
(12) Half tsp Red chili powder
(13) 1 tsp Coriander seeds
(14) 1 Glass water
(15) 3 Cup Fine Atta
(16) half cup ghee
Directions:
Firstly take a bowl add fine atta, 1 tbsp of ghee ,1 pinch of salt and a little bit of water mix it well and make a dough not to thick or not to hard.now grease your hand with water press the dough cover it with cloth for 30 minutes.now take a bowl add boiled potatoes mash them with the help of masher .now add onion,fresh Coriander, green chilies, Coriander powder,Garam masala powder, Mango powder, roasted white cumin seeds powder,Chaat masala powder, Coriander seeds,red chili flakes,red chili powder and salt mix it well with the hands.now take a Tawa or pan heat up the Tawa or pan.now sprinkle some dry flour on the shelf take a piece of dough make a round shape cut it in two pieces.now take one piece round it again in hands .now dip it into the dry flour and make a roti.now with the same method take second piece of dough and make around roti.now take a mixture put it on the roti middle put second roti on it press the edges.shape it with the help of roti maker or belna.now put Paratha on heated Tawa or pan grease the ghee turn the side and grease the second side with ghee press it with the spoon so it's get more crispy.this is the first method of Paratha.now let learn the second way of making paratha.sprinkle some dry flour on shelf take a dough piece make it round press it dip it in to the dry flour make a roti .now take a mixture put it in the middle of the roti.pick up the sides and joint all sides together with the help of hands round it and press it and dip its both sides in dry flour and make a round roti with the belna.now put it in to the heated Tawa or pan .cook its one side then change the side grease the oil or ghee cook it than change the second side grease with oil and cook it press it with the help of spoon so it's get more crispy.Are Aloo paratha is ready cut it in four pieces with the help of cutter.searve it with the pickle eat it and enjoy it.
