Commercial style Aloo Mutton Recipe | Aloo Gosht | Aloo Curry Recipe

 

Ingredients:

(1) 400 gm Mutton 
(2) 1 large Onion
(3) 2 Potato (Cut in 4 Pieces)
(4) 1 Glass Water
(5) Half Cup Oil
(6) Half tsp White Cumin Seed
(7) 2 Clove
(8) 1 Green Cardimom (CHOTI ilaichi)
(9) 1 cinnamon stick
(10) 1 black Cardimom (Badi Elaichi)
(11) 6 Black Pepper
(12) Half Curry leave
(13) 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
(14) 4 tbsp yogurt
(15) 1 tsp Red chili Powder
(16) 1 tsp Coriander Powder
(17) 1 tsp Salt
(18) 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
(19) 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
(20) some drops of kewra Essence
(21) 1 tsp Kasuri Methi

For Garnishing.

(1) fresh Coriander
(2) 1 Green chili
(3) Ginger julienne for garnishing 

Directions:

Firstly take a pressure Cooker add mutton and 1 Glass of Water and pressure it for 15 minutes.now take a pot add oil heat up the oil.now add onion fry it until it gets golden brown colour.after frying the onion.now take a plate add brown onion in the plate.now take a blender add brown onion and a little bit of water now blend it.now after 15 minutes open pressure Cooker add pressure cooker mutton in the pot oil where we just brown onion fry it for 2 minutes.now add White cumin seeds,clove, green Cardimom, cinnamon stick, black Pepper, black Cardimom and curry leave mix it.now add ginger garlic paste mix it.now add Coriander Powder,Red chili Powder, turmeric Powder and salt mix it .now add yogurt mix it on 3 to 4 Minutes on medium to low Flame.after 3 to 4 Minutes now add blended onion paste mix it now add Potato and 1 and half glass of water mix it.now cover it for 5 to 6 Minutes on medium to low flame. after 5 to 6 Minutes mix it .now add Garam Masala Powder,kewra Essence and kasuri Methi mix it .Are Aloo ghost is ready now serve it and garnish it with  julienne Ginger, green chili and sprinkle some fresh Coriander.now eat it and enjoy it.
