Potato Kabab Recipe | Aloo kay kabab or cutlets Recipe

 

Ingredients:

(1) 7 medium potato 
(2) water
(3) 1 medium onion chopped
(4) 2 green chilies finely cut
(5) 1 tsp Salt
(6) oil
(7) 1 egg
(8) half tsp Garam Masala powder
(9) 1 tsp Chaat masala
(10) 1 tsp Coriander powder
(11) 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
(12) half bowl fresh Coriander
(13) 1 tsp red chili powder



Directions:

Firstly take a pressure cooker add potato and water in the pressure cooker and boiled for 30 minutes on medium flame.after 30 minutes squeeze all potato water and peel the potato.now take a bowl and add boiled potatoes mashed all Boiled potato with the help of masher .now add onion, Coriander powder,Garam Masala powder,red chili powder,salt,Chaat masala,red chili flakes,green chili and fresh Coriander mix it well .now take a Plastic kabab maker or use your hands . put a little potato mixture on hands and round it and shape the potato kabab or cutlets .now take egg whisk it with the help of whisker or folk.now take a pan add oil heat up the oil.now take kabab dip it in the egg for  both sides and put it in the heated oil and fry it until it gets golden fry.after fry serve it with ketchup or green chutney eat it and enjoy it.
