Kaddu ka Raita,Ghiya Kaddu , Lauki Recipe

 

Ingredients:

(1) 1 Ghiya Kaddu (bottle Gourd)
(2) 2 Cup yogurt
(3) 1 Medium Tomato
(4) 1 Medium onion
(5) water for (boiling Ghiya Kaddu)
(6) Half tsp white cumin seeds
(7) 1/4 tsp Salt
(8) Half tsp Chaat Masala
(9) 1/4 tsp red chili powder
For Garnishing
(1) fresh Coriander
(2) tomato slices
(3) Green chili 

Directions:

Firstly take a Ghiya Kaddu peel off the Ghiya Kaddu skin with the help of peeler .Grate the Ghiya Kaddu with Grater .now wash it with water .now take a pot add water in it and  boiled it .add grated Ghiya kaddu in boiled water and boiled it for 2 minutes.after 2 minutes squeeze the water and put Boiled Ghiya Kaddu in plate.now take a bowl add yogurt whisk it with the help of spoon.now add boiled Ghiya Kaddu, onion, tomato, white cumin seeds,red chili powder,salt and Chaat Masala mix it with the help of two spoons.now garnish  it with green chilies, tomatoe slices and fresh Coriander Eat it and enjoy it.
