Dahi Pulki Recipe

 

Ingredients:

(1) 1 bowl of Besan (Gram Flour)
(2) 1 glass of  water
(3) 1 plates of phulki ( don't worry we created it in the recipe)
(4) yogurt 1/2 Kg
(5) 1 Cup Milk
(6) 1 Medium onion
(7) 3 Medium potato Boiled
(8) 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
(9) 1 Bowl tamarind (imli ki Khatti Meethi chutney)


Directions:

Firstly take a bowl add basen and water in to the bowl and mix it . so are  batter is ready don't make it too thick or not to liquid.now add oil in pot and heat up the oil .now take a phulki maker spoon put it on the pot and make pulki over the heated oil and fry it .after frying put pulki in to the water dip it for 2 minutes.now squeeze all water from the pulki with the help of hands.now take a 1 plates of pulki. now beate the yogurt with the help of folk .now add Milk in yogurt and mix it.now take a separate bowl .add pulki in it add boiled potatoes Chunks , onion, Chaat Masala,imli ki chutney .now add beated yogurt in it and mix it with the help of 2 spoons and garnish it with the little bit of imli ki chutney and sprinkle some Chaat Masala  and serve it and enjoy it.
