Dahi Baray Recipe
Ingredients:
(1) 1 bowl Baisan
(2) 1/2 kg yogurt
(3) half cup Milk
(4) Half Glass water
(5) 1/4 tsp red chili powder
(6) 1/4 tsp Salt
(7) 1 Green Chili's
(8) fresh Coriander &Mint
(9) 1 Medium onion (chopped)
(10) 1 Medium Potato (Boiled)
(11) Half bowl Tamarind (imli ki chutney)
(12) Half tsp baking Powder
(13) 1 tsp Chaat Masala
(14) 1/4 tsp Salt
(15) 1/4 tsp red chili powder
Directions:
Firstly take a grinder and add a little bit of water, Coriander, Mint, green chilies,red chili powder and salt and griend them all and make a chutney.after grinded are chutney is ready.now take a bowl add Baisan, red chili powder,salt and a little bit of water mix it now add baking Powder and water mix it well make a batter not to think or not to liquid.now take a pot add oil heat up the oil now add Baisan with the help of spoon in oil and make a Baray. fry all Baray in oil . now take a bowl and add water in it.and add fryied Baray in water leave it for 10 minutes.after 10 minutes squeeze all water from the Baray with the help of hands.now take a bowl add yogurt whisk it.now add milk and mix it.now a separate bowl add whisk yogurt in it and add Chaat masala mix it.Now for serving take a dish add Baray ,green chutney ,imli ki chutney, boiled potatoes, chopped onion and yogurt that have Chaat masala in it.now add whisk yogurt that have milk in it add tamarind sauce (imli ki chutney) and sprinkle Chaat masala.Are Dahi Baray is ready eat it and enjoy it.
