Dagi Chicken Pulao Recipe

            Dagi Chicken Pulao Recipe 

Ingredients:

(1) 1 kg Rice /3Glass. kachi basmati rice dip in water for 30 minutes before cooking 

(2) 2 Medium Onion ( horizontal slicing)

(3)2 tomatoes (small dice)

(4) 2 Green Chili

(5) 1 kg chicken

(6) 1 cup oil

(7) 1 tbsp salt 

(8) 1 tbsp Coriander Powder

(9) 1 tbsp Red chili powder

(10) 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

(11) 3 tbsp yogurt

(12) 1 tsp Garam Masala powder

(13) 1 tbsp White cumin seed

(14) 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

(15) 2 piece of mango pickle

(16) 2 badiyan ka phool

(17) 3 Black cardamom

(18) 2 green cardamom

(19) 2 piece of cinnamon stick

(20) 5 cloves 


Directions:

First add oil in pot heat up the oil now add onions  fry it until it get golden brown colour now add chicken. Fry the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes now add Ginger Garlic Paste white cumin seeds and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes and add a little bit of water  after 2 to 3 minutes of cooking on medium flame now add tomatoes and White cumin seed, badiyan ka phool, Black cardamom ,green cardamom,cinnamon stick, cloves and salt, Red chili powder, Coriander Powder now cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to low flame.after cooking for 2 to 3 minutes now add black pepper powder,mango pickle and little bit of water now cook for 2 to 3 minutes now are  tomatoes are  fully cooked now add yogurt and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes now add 5 glass of water,garam masala powder,1 tsp salt and cover the pot on high flame let water boiled . know  water is boiled now add rice in it on high flame and let the water dry.remember before cooking dip the rice in water for 30 minutes before cooking .now put the  pot on tawa add green chilies in rice and cover it for 20 minutes on low flame.

after 20 minutes uncover the pot turn off the flame are dagi Chicken pulao is ready  serve it with salad and Raita.
