Crispy Pakora Recipe

 

Ingredients:

(1) 2 Medium potato (cut it in medium dice)
(2) 1 medium onion
(3) 1 bowl spinach
(4) 1 bowl gram flour
(5) little bit of water
(6) 1 tsp salt
(7) 1 tsp Coriander Powder
(8) half tsp garam Masala powder
(9) 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
(10) 1 tsp Coriander seeds
(11) half tsp red chili flakes
(12) 1 tbsp Red chili powder
(13) 1 chutki ajwain

Directions:

first take a bowl add potato, onion, Spanish,gram flour,salt, Coriander Powder,red chili flakes, garam Masala powder, Chaat masala,red chili powder, Coriander seeds and  ajwain .now add a little bit of water and mix it well make a medium batter nor to tick or nor to liquid.now add oil in pot heat up the oil now add some  batter from tbsp and put it in the heated oil and fry it until it gets little golden brown colour on medium flame . Are Crispy Pakora is ready.when it all fully fryed serve it with imli Ki Chutney and enjoy it.
