Crispy Chicken vegetable Samosa
Ingredients:
(1) 5 boti chicken pieces (shredded)
(2) 1 Chinese carrot (chopped)
(3) 1 Capsicum (chopped)
(4) 1 medium onion (chopped)
(5) half cabbage ( julienne)
(6) half tsp white cumin seeds
(7) 1 tsp Salt
(8) half tsp Red chili flakes
(9) 3 tbsp Oil
(10) half tsp black pepper powder
(11) 1 tsp garlic paste
(12) 3 tbsp White vinegar
Directions:
Firstly add oil in pot heat up the oil add garlic paste, white cumin seeds mix it well .now add Chinese carrot and capsicum fry it for 2 minutes now add onion mix it well on medium flame add boiled shredded chicken and cabbage mix it well now add salt, black pepper powder, Red chili flakes mix it now add White vinegar,soya sauce mix it well now turn off the flame and let it cool. are Samosa mixture is ready.now take a bowl add 3 tbsp Maida (refined wheat flour) lit bit of water mix it well are glue is ready .you can also use egg instead of Maida glue.now take Samosa pati turn it in to triangle shape put madia glue on the corners of the samosa pati .pull it up and attach it with Samosa pati other side and make a cone .now take 2 tsp of mixture now put glue on the corners and close it tightly.Are Samosa shape is ready.now add oil in pot heat up the oil add samosas and fry it until it gets a golden brown colour.are crispy chicken vegetable samosas are ready serve it with ketchup and enjoy it.
