Amli ki Khatti Meethi chutney Recipe tamarind sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1) 125 gm tamarind
(2) Half cup white suger
(3) 1 tsp Chaat Masala
Directions:
Firstly soak tamarind in water for 4 to 5 minutes.after 4 to 5 minutes Take a bowl, and place a strainer / colander on top of it. Wash your hands, and then strain the tamarind through. Use your hands or a spoon to help in straining the soaked tamarind through. This step can be messy but it’s essential to ensure that all the delicious tamarind pulp is squeezed through (without the skin and seeds ) .now add pulp in frypan. add 1 cup of water, whit suger cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame.after 4 to 5 minutes add Chaat Masala mix it well . Cook it for 2 to 3 Minutes cook it until it gets tick.after it get thick are imli Ki Khatti Meethi chutney is ready serve it with Dahi Baray and Pakora and enjoy it.
