Chicken Vegetable spring roll Recipe
Ingredients:
(1) 4 boti / piece chicken boiled (shred)
(2) half bowl boiled peas
(3) 1 Chinese carrot ( julienne cutting)
(4) 1 capsicum ( julienne cutting)
(5) half cabbage ( julienne cutting)
(6) 3 tbsp White vinegar
(7) 3 tbsp Chili sauce
(8) 3 tbsp soya sauce
(9) 1 tsp salt
(10) 1 tsp black pepper powder.
Directions:
Firstly add 3 tbsp oil in pot heat up the oil now add julienne cutted carrot in pot and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. now add capsicum fry it for 2 minutes.now add cabbage fry it for 1 minute now add peas and mix it well.now add boiled shredded chicken mix it well now add white vinegar, Chili sauce, soya sauce,salt and black pepper powder in pot and mix it well on medium to low flame.now take a egg beat it well .now take a separate bowl add 2 tsp of Maida (refined wheat flour) and little bit of water mix it well are spring roll glue is ready.now take a spring roll sheet add a 1 tbsp of mixture in the middle of spring roll sheet and put Maida glue in the corners of spring roll sheets and roll it and make a spring roll.your spring roll is ready .you can also fold spring rolls with egg that we beated.now add oil in pot heat up the oil add chicken spring roll in oil and fry it until it gets a little brown colour.after frying all the rolls serve it with ketchup or chutney and enjoy it.
