Chicken Roast Till Wala Recipe | Chicken Roast sesame seeds

 

Ingredients:

(1) 1 kg chicken
(2) 1 Cup yogurt
(3) 1 tsp Red chili powder
(4) 1 tsp Coriander powder
(5) 1 tsp Salt
(6) 1 chutki ajwain
(7) Half tsp yellow food colour
(8) Half tsp black pepper powder
(9) 1 tbsp Kachri powder
(10) 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
(11) 1 tbsp white sesame seed (safaid Till)
(12) 1/4 tsp turmeric Powder
(13) 2 tbsp white vinegar
(14) 1 egg
(15) 1 tsp roasted white cumin powder
(16) 3 tbsp Corn flour (corn starch)
(17) 2 tbsp Baisan
(18) 1 tbsp white sesame seed
(19) 1 glass water

Directions:

Firstly  put the  deep cut in all chicken pieces with the help of knife.now take a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste,red chili powder, Coriander powder,salt, ajwain, black pepper powder, kachri powder, roasted white cumin seeds powder, turmeric Powder, orange food colour, white vinegar , egg and white sesame seed (safaid Till) mix it well.now add chicken mix it well put masala in to chicken cuts.now leave it for 2 hours in refrigerator or overnight in refrigerator.after 2 hours or overnight mix  chicken with hands.now take a pot add all marginated chicken in pot cover it for 10 minutes in medium flame.after 10 minutes uncover the pot change all chicken pieces sides and cover it for 5 to 6 minutes on medium to low flame.after 5 to 6 minutes let it cool.now take a bowl add chicken,corn flour (Corn starch) and  Baisan mix it add a little bit of water mix it now sprinkle white sesame seed.now take a pot add oil heat up the oil now add fry  add chicken pieces in oil fry it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
