Aloo Turai Recipe
Ingredients:
(1) 2 medium potato (cut in medium dice)
(2) 1 medium onion (cut it in medium dice)
(3) 1/2 kg Turai (cut it in round shape)
(4) 1 Glass Water
(5) half cup oil
(6) 1 tsp Coriander powder
(7) 1 tsp Red chili powder
(8) 2 Green chili
(9) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
(10) 1 medium tomatoes
(11) 1 tsp Salt
(12) half tsp Turmeric Powder
(13) half tsp garam Masala powder
(14) 1 chutki Methi Dana
(15) 1 chutki kalonji
(16) Fresh Coriander for garnishing
Directions:
First add oil in pot heat up the oil now add onion fry it until it gets golden brown color.now add Ginger Garlic paste, little bit of water mix it .now add tomatoes,salt, turmeric powder,red chili powder, Coriander powder, methi dana and Kalonji mix it well on medium to low Flame . now add green chilies and potato's cut in medium dice add a little bit of water and mix it well and cover it for 10 minutes on medium flame.after 10 minutes uncover the pot mix it well . now add Turai mix it now cover it again for 15 minutes on low flame.after 15 minutes uncover the pot now add garam Masala powder mix it . Are Aloo Turai is Ready now garnish it with fresh Coriander and serve it with chapati and enjoy it.
