From Kitchen with Vaneeza YouTube Channel ! I'm from Pakistan .I Graduate in Politics.i love cooking. I prepared a lot of different types of multi halal food recipes in each of everyday in my kitchen . I'm really excited to share my recipes and cooking experience with you guys. so that's why I created my blog .As you guys already know Kitchen with Vaneeza is Hub of Multi Halal Food Recipe channel and I share a lot of daily Halal food Recipes with you guys  though out my channel.so in here as a blogger my purpose is same .I'm sharing with you guys my Delicious Recipes in this blog .

Definition Of Aalo Bukhara (plum) juice: Aalo Bukhara or Alubukhara (Plural alubukharas). A Cultivar of Plum found in Turkestan,Iran and the south Caucasus, commonly eaten as a prune (Dried Plum). Plum also known as Aloo Bukhara is a beautiful coloured fruit that belongs to the Rosacea family. Rosacea also includes fruits like peaches and Almonds. Usually, Plum comes in different colours and sizes but the most common colour is red. It tastes great when enjoyed fresh and is a bit on the sweeter side. Their Primary Producers are Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir and called 'Aloo Bukhara' as it derives 'Aloo' from Persian for plum and Bukhara indicating the source from the Balkan region (Mostly Uzbekistan). Commercial style Masala Bhindi (Okra, ladyfinger) Recipe

  Ingredients: (1) 1.1/2Kg Okra, ladyfinger, Bhindi (wash  2 time with water) (2) 2 Medium Onion (3) 2 Medium Tomato (4) 1 Glass Water (5) 1 tsp Coriander Powder (6) Half tsp white Cumin Seed (7) 1 tsp Red chili Powder (8) 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (9) 3 Green Chili (10) 1 Cup Oil (11) 1 tsp Salt (12) 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (13) Half Tsp Garam Masala Powder (14) Fresh Coriander for Garnishing Directions: Firstly cut all Bhindi (okra, ladyfinger )in small pieces.now take a pot add Oil heat up the oil.now add bhindi in oil and fry it until it gets light brown colour .after fry  add onion in same hot oil and fry it until it gets golden brown colour.now add ginger garlic paste mix it .now add little bit of water mix it.now add Tomatoes, green chili,red chili Powder coriander Powder, white Cumin Seeds, turmeric Powder and Salt mix it .now add little bit of water mix it.now cover it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium to low Flame.after 3 to 4 minutes mix it add little bit of water ...
