Commercial Style Shikanji Lemonade Recipes

Ingredients:

(1) 4 Lemon
(2) 2 Glass Water
(3) 1/4 Tsp Black Salt
(4) 1/4 Tsp Salt
(5) 2 Tbsp White Suger
(6) Half Tsp Roasted White Cumin seeds Powder
(7) Ice (Freeze ice and dip lemon slices (it)


Directions:

Firstly Squeeze all Lemon Juice.now take a blender add water, white Sugar and lemon Juice blend it well.after blending.now take a bowl add Roasted white cumin Seeds Powder , black Salt and White salt mix it .now take glasses add lemon ice cubes, blended Shikanji (Lemonade) in to the glasses.now sprinkle some Masala that we just made.now serve it drink it and enjoy it.

Definition Of Aalo Bukhara (plum) juice: Aalo Bukhara or Alubukhara (Plural alubukharas). A Cultivar of Plum found in Turkestan,Iran and the south Caucasus, commonly eaten as a prune (Dried Plum). Plum also known as Aloo Bukhara is a beautiful coloured fruit that belongs to the Rosacea family. Rosacea also includes fruits like peaches and Almonds. Usually, Plum comes in different colours and sizes but the most common colour is red. It tastes great when enjoyed fresh and is a bit on the sweeter side.   Ingredients: (1) 1.1/2Kg Okra, ladyfinger, Bhindi (wash  2 time with water) (2) 2 Medium Onion (3) 2 Medium Tomato (4) 1 Glass Water (5) 1 tsp Coriander Powder (6) Half tsp white Cumin Seed (7) 1 tsp Red chili Powder (8) 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (9) 3 Green Chili (10) 1 Cup Oil (11) 1 tsp Salt (12) 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (13) Half Tsp Garam Masala Powder (14) Fresh Coriander for Garnishing Directions: Firstly cut all Bhindi (okra, ladyfinger )in small pieces.now take a pot add Oil heat up the oil.now add bhindi in oil and fry it until it gets light brown colour .after fry  add onion in same hot oil and fry it until it gets golden brown colour.now add ginger garlic paste mix it .now add little bit of water mix it.now add Tomatoes, green chili,red chili Powder coriander Powder, white Cumin Seeds, turmeric Powder and Salt mix it .now add little bit of water mix it.now cover it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium to low Flame.after 3 to 4 minutes mix it add little bit of water ...
